Is Scrile Connect fully white-label? Will Scrile be mentioned anywhere on my site?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Your platform runs on your own domain with your logo, colors, and site name. Scrile branding does not appear in the interface your creators and fans see, and system emails can be configured to send from your own domain. Your users interact with your brand only.

Question 2

Do you take any commission from my earnings or my creators&#x27; earnings?

Accepted Answer

No. We take zero percent from your revenue on every plan, and we are not part of the payment flow at all. You pay a fixed subscription fee for the platform and keep everything your site makes. The only deductions are the processing fees your own payment gateway charges you directly.

How much does Scrile Connect cost and what is included?

Accepted Answer

Scrile Connect has a fixed monthly subscription with no revenue share, starting with a 14-day free trial. Every plan runs a fully functional platform; higher plans add deeper customization and dedicated infrastructure. Accepted Answer

Yes, on every plan, including the free trial. Scrile Connect places no content restrictions beyond the law, and adult fan platforms are one of our most common use cases. The tools these projects need are built in: age verification, moderation, watermarking, and payment gateways that work with adult businesses.

What payment gateways can I connect? Do you support crypto?

Accepted Answer

Payments go straight to your own merchant account, never through us. For mainstream projects the platform includes Stripe and PayPal. For adult content, which those two do not permit, it includes CCBill and Netbilling. Crypto payments are supported out of the box through Zyrox. Any other gateway, including other crypto providers, can be integrated as a paid customization.

Yes. Our case studies show real platforms launched on Scrile products, with the business context and results behind each one. Every client runs their platform fully under their own brand, and with many of them we have signed an NDA, so we cannot always share direct links. How do payouts to creators work?

Accepted Answer

Your admin panel calculates what each creator has earned, including your revenue split and any individual commission you set per creator. You send the money yourself by PayPal, bank transfer, or any other method, then mark the payout as sent. Automated payouts are not part of the standard package and can be implemented as a paid customization.

Can I customize the branding and design of my platform?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Logo, site name, colors, favicon, and landing page content are editable from the admin panel without any coding. On the Pro plan you can replace the built-in landing page entirely with your own site built in WordPress, Wix, Tilda, or anything else. Enterprise covers full interface redesign and custom UI work.

Where are your servers located? Can I host in the EU or the US?

Accepted Answer

You choose the region. Our infrastructure runs in Germany and the United States, so you can host close to your audience and inside the jurisdiction your business needs. All data centers are connected to high-speed backbones with CDN delivery for fast media worldwide. Enterprise clients get a dedicated server.

How do you handle age verification and adult content compliance?

Accepted Answer

The platform integrates with identity verification providers such as Yoti to confirm the age and identity of users and creators. It also includes content moderation tools, storage for creator verification documents and model releases, and fully configurable terms of service and content rules that you set for your own platform.

Is the platform GDPR compliant?

Accepted Answer

Yes. You can host your platform in the EU on our infrastructure, which keeps user data inside the region. The platform provides cookie consent, editable privacy policy and terms, and account and data deletion tools. You remain the data controller for your users, while we provide the software and hosting.

Do I own my platform, my data, and my audience?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Your brand, your users, your content, and your revenue are yours, and your data can be exported at any time. No algorithm or third-party platform sits between you and your audience. For Enterprise projects, source code access and deployment on your own infrastructure are possible and agreed individually.

Can I get a mobile app under my own brand?

Accepted Answer

A branded iOS and Android app can be developed for you as a custom project on top of your platform. The web version is mobile-optimized from day one, so most clients launch on the web, validate the business, and add native apps once there is steady traffic and revenue to justify them.

Yes. Anything outside the standard feature set can be built as a paid customization, and you get a written estimate before any work begins.
